METHOD FOR REPAIRING CRACK OF SLEEVE PART IN UNDERGROUND VALVE ROOM
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack of a sleeve part in an underground valve room. The method for repairing a crack of a sleeve part in an underground valve room includes the steps of: cutting a crack point (30a) where there is a water leak between a tube body (20) in an underground valve room (10) and a wall body (30) surrounding the tube body in order to form a cutting groove (31); filling the cutting groove with a filler (32) containing a permeable and adhesive reinforced waterproof material and quick-setting cement and hardening the filler to form a repaired part (33); forming a resin injection passage (34) extending from one side of the repaired part to the outer circumferential surface of the tube body; finding another crack point (30b) between the wall body and the tube body by injecting resin into the resin injection passage at high pressure; cutting the second crack point where there is a new water leak to form a cutting groove; filling the cutting groove with a filler (32) containing a permeable and adhesive reinforced waterproof material and quick-setting cement and hardening the filler to form additional repaired part (33); and continuously repeating the step of finding another water leak by injecting resin into the resin injection passage at high pressure to perform crack repairing work between the wall body and the tube body. Therefore, the present invention can allow a worker to correctly find just the crack point and perform leak and crack repairing work so that the worker can conveniently and rapidly perform repairing work of cracks formed inside the wall body, which are not checked visually, and enhance workability by minimizing repairing materials and working processes.
본 발명은 지하밸브실 내의 슬리브부 균열보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 지하밸브실(10) 내의 관체(20)와 상기 관체를 둘러싼 벽체(30) 사이에서 누수가 발생되고 있는 균열지점(30a)을 커팅하여 커팅홈(31)을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 커팅홈에 침투성 접착강화방수재와 급결시멘트가 포함되는 충진재(32)를 충진하고 경화시켜 보수부(33)를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 보수부의 일측에서 상기 관체의 외주면까지 연통되는 수지주입로(34)를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 수지주입로로 수지를 고압 분사하여 상기 벽체와 관체 사이의 다른 균열지점(30b)을 찾아내는 단계와, 상기 새로운 누수가 발생되는 다른 균열지점을 커팅하여 커팅홈을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 커팅홈에 침투성 접착강화방수재와 급결시멘트가 포함된 충진재를 충진하고 경화시켜 추가 보수부를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 수지주입로로 재차 수지를 고압 분사하여 또 다른 누수여부를 찾아내는 단계를 지속적으로 반복하여 상기 벽체와 관체 사이의 균열보수작업을 수행하는 단계를 마련하여서, 균열지점만을 정확하게 찾아내어 누수 및 균열보수작업을 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써, 육안으로 확인되지 않는 벽체 내부의 균열보수를 간편하고 신속하게 수행할 수 있게 됨은 물론 보수재 및 작업공수도 최대한 절감할 수 있게 되면서 결과적으로 작업성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.
