WING DOOR LOCKING APPARATUS FOR WING BODY TYPE TRUCK
Disclosed is a wing door locking apparatus for a wing body type truck. According to the present invention, the wing door locking apparatus for a wing body type truck provided with a case in an exterior frame on a floor of a vehicle body comprises: a hydraulic cylinder fixedly installed in the case; a cylinder rod integrally provided in the hydraulic cylinder to perform translational motion to the front of the hydraulic cylinder; a connection member connected to a front end portion of the cylinder rod; a push rod rotationally coupled to one end of the connection member by a first hinge shaft; a hook member rotationally connected to the push rod through a second hinge shaft; and a protruding member installed in a lower end portion of a wing door to perform a lock function as a dead end of the hook member is caught or left.
윙바디 화물차용 윙도어 잠금장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, 차체 바닥 외곽프레임에 케이스를 구비하는 윙바디 화물차용 윙도어 잠금장치로서, 상기 케이스에 고정설치되는 유압실린더; 상기 유압실린더에 일체로 구비되어 상기 유압실린더의 전방으로 병진운동할 수 있는 실린더로드; 상기 실린더로드의 선단부에 연결된 연결부재; 제 1힌지축에 의해 상기 연결부재의 일단에 선회가능하게 결합되는 상기 푸쉬로드; 제 2힌지축을 통해 상기 푸쉬로드에 회동가능하게 연결되는 후크부재; 및 상기 후크부재의 끝단이 걸리거나 이탈되어 잠금기능을 할 수 있도록 상기 윙도어의 하단부 설치되는 걸림부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
