Solidifying composition for improving soft ground by high pressure injection
The present invention relates to a solidifying material for reinforcing a soft ground. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition of the solidifying material which is optimal for a free jet system (FJS) method, which is a kind of a deep mixing processing method. A configuration of the solidifying material is composed of a cement-based composite, an expanding material, a mixing material, and a curing accelerator. The cement-based composite uses fly ash cement and blast furnace slag cement as a main material. The mixing material is selected from integrated gasification combined cycle slag. The expanding material is at least one kind of materials selected among circulating fluidized bed fly ash, flue gas desulfurization gypsum, and natural anhydrous gypsum. One or more kinds of the curing accelerator are selected among sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, aluminum sulfate, sodium carbonate, and polycarboxylate.
연약 지반을 보강하는 고화재에 관한 것으로, 심층혼합처리 공법의 일종인 FJS공법에 최적인 고화재의 조성에 관한 것이다. 고화재의 구성은 시멘트계 조성물, 팽창재, 혼화재, 경화촉진제로 구성된다. 시멘트계는 플라이애시 시멘트 및 고로슬래그 시멘트를 주원료로 사용하며, 혼화재는 석탄가스화복합발전 슬래그, 팽창재는 순환유동층 플라이애시, 배연탈황석고 및 천연무수석고 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 재료와 황산나트륨, 황산마그네슘, 황산알루미늄, 탄산나트륨 및 폴리카르복실레이트 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 경화촉진제로 구성되는 연약지반에 개량용 고화재 조성물에 관한 것이다.
