Provided is a sludge treatment method using a vertical caterpillar track type screen. The sludge treatment method using a vertical caterpillar track type screen includes: a sludge filtering step of filtering sludge contained in sewage, which is introduced through a sewage inlet, through a filtering screen mounted on a transfer chain moved along a vertical caterpillar track surrounding the sewage inlet inside a casing; a sludge upwardly transferring step of transferring the sludge filtered in the above step above the casing through the filtering screen ascending by the transfer chain; a sludge separating and dropping step of separating the sludge transferred above the casing from the filtering screen above the casing and dropping the sludge down to the inside of a press casing; and a sludge dehydrating and horizontal moving and discharging ste of dehydrating the sludge while horizontally moving the sludge dropping down into the press casing by a screw press inside the press casing and discharging just the dehydrated sludge to the outside. Therefore, the sludge treatment method according to the present invention moves the transfer chain along the caterpillar track, and at the same time, dehydrates the sludge filtered by the filtering screen and discharges the sludge to the outside. So the sludge treatment method using a vertical caterpillar track type screen can enhance raising and removing efficiency of the sludge by reducing the height of the device exposed above the water surface, reduce various expenses including operation expenses, and minimize possibility of malfunction of the device.
본 발명에 따른 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 이용한 협잡물 처리방법은: 케이싱의 내부에서 하수 유입구를 통해 유입되는 하수에 포함된 협잡물이 하수 유입구를 둘러싸는 수직 무한궤도를 따라 이동되는 이송 체인에 설치된 여과 스크린에서 걸러지도록 하는 협잡물 여과 단계; 상기 협잡물 여과 단계에서 걸러진 협잡물이 이송 체인에 의해 상승 되는 여과 스크린을 통해 케이싱의 상부로 이송되도록 하는 협잡물 상부 이송 단계; 상기 협잡물 상부 이송 단계를 거치며 케이싱의 상부로 이송된 협잡물이 케이싱의 상부에서 여과 스크린으로부터 분리되어 하부의 프레스 케이싱의 내부로 낙하되도록 하는 협잡물 분리 및 낙하 단계; 및, 상기 협잡물 분리 및 낙하 단계에서 프레스 케이싱의 내부로 낙하된 협잡물이 프레스 케이싱의 내부에서 스크류 프레스에 의해 수평 이동되면서 탈수되어 탈수된 협잡물만 외부로 배출되도록 하는 협잡물 탈수 및 수평 이동 배출 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 이송 체인이 무한궤도를 따라 이동되도록 함과 동시에 여과 스크린에 걸러진 협잡물이 탈수 및 외부로 배출되게 이송되도록 함으로써, 수면 위로 노출되는 장치의 높이가 짧아지도록 하여 협잡물의 인양 및 제거 효율이 높아지도록 함과 동시에 운영비용 등의 제반 비용이 절감되도록 할 수 있으며, 장치 고장의 발생 가능성도 최소화되도록 할 수 있는 수직 무한궤도 이송형 스크린을 이용한 협잡물 처리방법을 제공할 수 있다.

Provided is a sludge treatment method using a vertical caterpillar track type screen.
