Noncombustible insulator for construction material and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a noncombustible insulator for a construction material and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a noncombustible insulator for a construction material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the noncombustible insulator is composed of a filling material layer and a fabric layer. The filling material layer is formed with a fiber thread, a particulate foam synthetic resin, and a noncombustible liquid, and a coupling force in the particulate foam synthetic resin as the fiber thread is increased to improve strength of the insulator. Moreover, the filling material layer is formed in the shape of a board as the fabric layer, and at the same time, strength of the insulator can be improved.
본 발명은 불연성을 가지는 건축자재용 단열재에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면 충진재층과 직물층으로 이루어진 불연성 단열재로 구성되고, 상기 충진재층은 섬유사, 입자상의 발포성 합성수지 및 불연액을 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 섬유사로써 입자상의 발포성 합성수지 간의 결속력을 증대시켜 단열재의 강도를 증가시키고, 상기 직물층으로써 충진재층의 형태를 보드(Board) 형태로 형성시킴과 동시에 단열재의 강도를 증가시킬 수 있는 건축자재용 불연성 단열재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Noncombustible insulator for construction material and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a noncombustible insulator for a construction material and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a noncombustible insulator for a construction material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the noncombustible insulator is composed of a filling material layer and a fabric layer. The filling material layer is formed with a fiber thread, a particulate foam synthetic resin, and a noncombustible liquid, and a coupling force in the particulate foam synthetic resin as the fiber thread is increased to improve strength of the insulator. Moreover, the filling material layer is formed in the shape of a board as the fabric layer, and at the same time, strength of the insulator can be improved.
본 발명은 불연성을 가지는 건축자재용 단열재에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하면 충진재층과 직물층으로 이루어진 불연성 단열재로 구성되고, 상기 충진재층은 섬유사, 입자상의 발포성 합성수지 및 불연액을 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 섬유사로써 입자상의 발포성 합성수지 간의 결속력을 증대시켜 단열재의 강도를 증가시키고, 상기 직물층으로써 충진재층의 형태를 보드(Board) 형태로 형성시킴과 동시에 단열재의 강도를 증가시킬 수 있는 건축자재용 불연성 단열재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
