The present invention relates to a simple house which is a movable dry house with a space creation and restoration function having a movable green-house therein. Moreover, the simple house is manufactured by passing a test of not generating local buckling in a weight up to a designated floor height. Moreover, the simple house is a dry type residential house with excellent resistance against natural disasters. The simple house is formed as a set by a green-house moving on the ground embedded therein, and passes a local buckling test to be robust to the natural disasters, such as earthquake, typhoon, and the like. The simple house avoids a past wet construction method to be formed in an environmentally-friendly construction method so as to provide a home to humankind. Moreover, the simple house is constructed at a good price and a good restoration rate, has better performance than that constructed in the past wet construction method, and is able to be distributed at a low price. In other words, due to the good price and restoration rate, the simple house is able to be moved anywhere and anytime without damage, thereby providing a large profit. The simple house comprises a unit floor and a plurality of wheels.
