The present invention relates to an apparatus for monitoring urine status. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for monitoring urine status which supports automatic measurement of urine capacity and salinity by time, and supports automatic transmission of the measured information, thereby enhancing convenience in monitoring urine status of a measured subject. The present invention provides an apparatus for automatically checking the capacity and salinity of urine of the measured subject at predetermined time intervals and transmitting information to a separate management device. Accordingly, the urine status of the measured subject can be conveniently and accurately measured, thereby not only enhancing the convenience of a guardian or a medical person in charge, but also ensuring accuracy and reliability in monitoring the urine status.
