The present invention relates to a strand coupler capable of increasing a biting rate of a strand. According to the present invention, the strand coupler comprises: a pair of bodies having both opened ends to insert a strand thereinto, having an inner diameter gradually reduced toward an inlet, and including a pair of inner tilted parts disposed in a direction facing each other; a wedge coupling a pair of divided pieces divided into halves to the inner tilt part of each body, wherein an outer tilted part with an outer diameter gray reduced toward the inlet is formed on the outside, and a tooth profile to insert and fix the strand thereinto and thereto is formed on the inside; a spring disposed in the body to elastically press the wedge toward the inner tilted part so as to compress the strand and provide a fixing force; and a socket coupled between the pair of bodies and having a protruding step formed therein to support the spring. The spring comprises: a fixed part closely attached to the step and the inside of the body to be press-fit and fixed thereto; and an elastic part extended from the fixed part, wherein a diameter is formed by a relatively small size to elastically support the wedge. An inlet tilted part with an inner diameter gradually expanded toward the inlet is formed on an inner end of the wedge. The angle of the outer tilted part of the wedge is relatively less than that of the inner tilted part of the body, such that the angle of the wedge is able to be varied by an angle difference and is gradually reduced toward the inner diameter of the inlet side of the wedge, thereby increasing an initial biting ratio of the strand. Moreover, a strand guide block to guide a strand stepped by being tilted toward the inlet side to the inlet side is formed on the outer circumferential surface of one end part of the body.
본 발명은 상호 대향되는 방향으로 한쌍이 위치하며, 양단이 개방되어 강연선이 삽입되며, 입구측으로 갈수록 점진적으로 내경이 축소되는 내측경사부가 형성되는 바디와, 상기 바디 각각의 내측경사부에 이등분된 분할편이 한쌍으로 결합되되, 외측은 입구측으로 갈수록 점진적으로 외경이 축소되는 외측경사부가 형성되고, 내측에는 상기 강연선이 삽입되어 고정할 수 있는 치형이 형성되는 쐐기와, 상기 바디의 내부에 구비되어 상기 쐐기를 상기 내측경사부측으로 탄성 가압하여 상기 강연선을 압착하여 고정력을 제공하는 스프링과, 한 쌍의 상기 바디 사이에 체결되고 내측에 돌출된 단턱이 형성되어 상기 스프링을 각각 받칠 수 있는 소켓이 포함된 강연선 커플러에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 상기 단턱에 밀착되고 상기 바디 내측에 밀착되어 끼워맞춤되어 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부에서 연장되되 상대적으로 외경이 작게 형성되어 상기 쐐기를 탄성지지하는 탄성부로 구성되며, 상기 쐐기의 내측단에는 입구측으로 갈수록 점진적으로 내경이 확대되는 유입경사부가 형성되고, 상기 쐐기의 외측경사부 각도는 상기 바디의 내측경사부의 각도보다 상대적으로 작게 형성되어 각도 차에 의해 상기 쐐기의 각도가 가변 가능하며, 상기 쐐기의 입구측 내경으로 갈수록 좁아져 강연선의 초기 물림율을 증가시키고, 상기 바디에는 일단부에 외주면에 입구측으로 경사지게 형성되어 단차진 강연선를 입구측으로 가이드 되게 하는 강연선가이드블럭이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
