The present invention relates to a panel used for decoration materials for the same space such as a bathroom or restroom of a building, which can be installed in a place such as a restroom by attaching a plurality of panels using a foaming agent, etc., on a frame having a certain area. To this end, according to the present invention, the panel comprises: a panel unit formed by a plurality of panels, wherein a metal panel material having a certain thickness forms a square enclosure whose edges are extended to be bent towards an internal side and form a charging unit; a frame which has a square pipe body in the same shape as the shape of an edge of the panel unit to support the panel unit by having one surface fixated on a rear surface of the panel placed on an edge of the panel unit formed by a plurality of panels; a pulp attached to and fixated on the other surface of the frame to have an injection hole, into which foam resin is injected, on a certain unit and to prevent the charging unit and panel unit of the panel and foam resin filling the frame from being dislodged; and the foam resin which fills the charging unit formed on the rear surface of the panel, the panel unit, the frame, and a space formed by the pulp to fixate the plurality of panels and the frame. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of turning over and placing the plurality of panels with the charging unit formed on one side, injecting the foam resin into an upper side, hardening it, and integrating the panels, the frame, and the foam resin, thereby increasing the intensity of attachment of the panels. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of increasing durability, taking a simpler structure, remarkably reducing manufacturing costs at the same time, and making it proper for mass-production.
본 발명은 건축물의 욕실 및 화장실 등과 같은 공간의 미장재료로 사용되는 패널패널에 관한 것으로, 일정한 면적의 크기를 갖는 프레임에 발포제 등을 이용하여 다수의 패널을 부착하며 화장실 등의 설치장소에 설치할 수 있는 패널에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 패널은, 소정 두께를 갖는 금속 판재가 사각의 함체를 형성하고, 함체의 각 모서리가 연장되어 함체의 내측으로 절곡되어 충전부가 형성되는 다수의 패널로 형성되는 패널부와, 일면이 다수의 패널에 의해 형성된 패널부의 가장자리에 마련된 패널의 배면에 고정되어 패널부를 지지하도록 사각의 관체가 패널부의 가장자리의 형상과 동일한 형태로 마련되는 프레임과, 프레임의 타면에 접착 고정되며, 소정부에 발포성 수지가 주입되는 주입홀이 형성되어, 패널의 충전부 및 패널부와 프레임에 충전되는 발포성 수지의 이탈을 방지하는 펄프지와, 패널의 배면에 형성된 충전부와, 패널부와 프레임과, 펄프지에 의해 형성된 공간에 충전되어 다수의 패널과, 프레임을 고정시키는 발포성 수지를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 패널은 일축에 충전부가 생성된 다수의 패널을 뒤집어서 배열시킨 후 그 상측에 발포성 수지를 주입시키고 고화시키면 패널과 프레임과 발포성 수지가 일체로 형성되어 패널의 부착강도가 증가되고, 이로 인하여 내구성이 증대되고, 더욱 간단한 구조로 이루어짐과 동시에 제조 단가를 현저 하게 절감시킬 수 있으며, 대량생산에 더욱 적합한 등의 효과가 있다.
