A door-to-door parking system for an apartment house of the present invention is operated by installing a parking tower in an apartment house such as an apartment, entering an entrance of the parking tower in a state where an occupant boards a vehicle and mounting a loading container in which the vehicle enters a lift of a parking elevator, being lifted to a corresponding floor and parking in a separate private household parking space provided for each household with a container, allowing a driver to open a front door of the household and enter the house, and arriving at the entrance with the loading container while taking the parking elevator after boarding the vehicle parked in the private household parking space and allowing the driver to drive the vehicle and go out of the parking space when the door of the entrance is opened in case of going out, thereby securing enough parking space and providing convenience of parking.
본 발명 공동주택용 도어 투 도어 주차시스템은 아파트와 같은 공동주택에 주차타워를 설치한 다음 거주자가 차량에 탑승한 상태에서 주차타워의 출입구로 진입하여 주차 엘리베이터의 리프트에 차량이 입차한 탑재 컨테이너를 안착한 다음 해당 층으로 승강 작동하여 각층 해당 세대에 마련된 독립된 전용 세대 주차실에 컨테이너와 함께 주차한 다음 세대의 현관문을 열고 운전자가 들어가고, 외출할 때에는 전용 세대 주차실에 주차된 차량에 탑승한 후 주차 엘리베이터를 타고 탑재 컨테이너와 함께 출입구로 도착하여 출입구의 도어가 개방되면 운전자는 차량을 운전하고 출차하는 방식으로 이루어져 충분한 주차공간 확보와 주차 편리성을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
