The present invention relates to an electric floor heating panel installed for heating on an indoor floor of an apartment building, a villa, or an ordinary house. The prefabricated electric floor heating panel not only has excellent workability and productivity and also enables a heating film to be installed without being damaged and deformed. So, the prefabricated electric floor heating panel prevents a short circuit or the generation of high heat and, therefore, has high durability and high heating efficiency. The electric floor heating panel comprises: a housing formed in the shape of a square panel and including a base plate having multiple long holes; a finishing material inserted into the upper part of the housing and attached to the base plate; the heating film inserted into the lower part of the housing and attached to the bottom of the base plate; a support panel inserted into the lower part of the housing and placed in the lower part of the heating film; and an insulation panel installed by being inserted into the lower part of the support panel.
본 발명은 일반 주택이나 빌라 또는 아파트 등의 실내 바닥에 난방용으로 설치되는 전기식 온돌패널에 관한 기술로서, 작업성과 생산성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 히팅필름이 손상 및 변형되지 않고 설치됨에 따라 누전이나 고열 발생을 방지하므로, 발열효율과 내구성이 높은 조립식 전기 온돌패널에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 사각의 패널 형상으로 구성되고, 내부에 다수개의 장공이 구비된 베이스판이 형성되는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 상부 안쪽에 끼워져 설치되고, 베이스판 위에 부착되는 마감재; 상기 하우징의 하부 안쪽에 끼워져 설치되고, 베이스판의 저면부에 밀착되는 히팅필름; 상기 하우징의 하부 안쪽에 끼워져 설치되고, 히팅필름의 하부에 놓이는 서포트패널; 및 상기 서포트패널의 하부에 끼워져 설치되는 단열패널;을 포함하여 구현된다.
