The present invention relates to a construction device for a taper type pile and a construction method for a taper type pile. The construction device for a taper type pile includes: a rod having a hollow unit in which a solidification agent can move, wherein the rod also has a first injection hole in the lower part and the first injection hole is connected to the hollow unit; an excavation unit connected to the lower part of the rod and excavating the ground by rotating; an auger screw installed in the upper part of the excavation unit and connected in a spiral shape onto a side of the rod; and a wing unit comprising a mixing shaft protruding from the side of the rod and a mixing blade formed in the shape of a blade and installed at an end of the mixing shaft. The multiple wing units are installed from the upper part of the rod to the lower part along the rod, and the mixing shaft of the wing unit becomes shorter from the upper part of the rod to the lower part at a fixed ratio. The construction method for a taper type pile comprises: a boring step of forming a bored hole of a taper shape; a solidification agent injecting step of injecting the solidification agent into earth and sand excavated; and a pile forming step of forming an earth-cement mixing pile by mixing the earth and sand excavated and the solidification agent.
본 발명은 테이퍼형 말뚝 시공장치 및 테이퍼형 말뚝 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 테이퍼형 말뚝 시공장치는, 봉형상으로 이루어지며, 내부에 고화제가 이동할 수 있는 중공부가 형성되어 있고, 하부에 상기 중공부와 연통되어 있는 제1분사공이 마련되어 있는 로드; 상기 로드 하부에 결합되며, 회전에 의해 지반을 굴착할 수 있는 굴착부; 상기 굴착부 상부에 마련되고, 상기 로드 측면에 나선 형태로 결합되어 있는 오거 스크류; 및 상기 로드 측면에서부터 돌출되는 교반축과, 상기 교반축 끝단에 마련되며, 블레이드 형상으로 이루어진 교반날개를 포함하여 이루어진 날개부;를 포함하며, 상기 날개부는, 상기 로드의 상부에서부터 하부까지 상기 로드를 따라 복수 개가 마련되고, 상기 날개부의 상기 교반축은, 상기 로드의 상부에서부터 하부로 갈수록 길이가 일정비율로 짧아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이며, 테이퍼형 말뚝 시공방법은, 테이퍼 형상의 천공홀을 형성하는 천공 단계; 굴착 토사에 고화제를 주입하는 고화제 주입 단계; 상기 굴착 토사와 상기 고화제를 교반하여 토사-시멘트 혼합 말뚝을 형성하는 말뚝 형성단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
