Disclosed is a bollard having: a main body which is made of a rigid body and to which a lower portion is fixed; and a cover in which a lower portion has a state where the main body is positioned in a wall, in which an upper portion has a state where the main body isn′t present in the wall, and which is made of a material having restoring force when being bent by external impact, wherein a pin or a buffer layer can be provided on the upper portion or the lower portion in the cover wall. The cover wall can be formed in a shape having the same vertical width or having a large width of the lower portion. According to the present invention, when a height of the main body is formed to be difficult to pass through a vehicle and the upper portion, which is practically deformed much when colliding with the vehicle, is possible to be easily restored, the bollard is possible to reduce the amount of impact when colliding with the vehicle and is possible to reduce influence of the bollard main body on the ground and a fixed portion even at the same impact amount, thereby reducing a problem of bollard breakage and reducing maintenance costs.
강체로 이루어지며 하부가 고정되는 본체와, 하부는 벽체 내부에 본체가 위치하고 상부는 벽체 내부에 본체가 없는 상태를 가지며, 외부 충격에 의해 절곡될 때 복원력을 가지는 재질로 이루어진 커버를 구비하여 이루어지는 볼라드가 개시된다. 커버 벽체 내부에는 상부 혹은 하부에 핀이나 완충층이 더 구비될 수 있으며, 커버 벽체는 상하 폭이 같거나 하부 폭이 큰 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 본체의 높이를 차량이 도과하기는 어렵게 형성하고, 실질적으로 차량과 충돌될 때 많이 변형되는 상부는 쉽게 복원 가능하도록 하면, 차량과의 충돌시 충격량을 감소시킬 수 있고, 같은 충격량에서도 볼라드 본체가 지반과 고정된 부분에서 받는 영향을 줄일 수 있어서 볼라드 파손의 문제를 줄이고 유지관리비용을 줄일 수 있다.
