The one-stop a repairing method of porthole small-damaged part or a manhole
The present invention relates to a one-stop construction method for repairing a porthole, minor damage, or a manhole. Specifically, a repairing method for a damaged paved road by using a repairing vehicle can manufacture asphalt concrete after crushing ascon and sucking the ascon. The repairing method for a damaged paved road comprises: (a) a step of moving a repairing vehicle to a damaged part while controlling entry of the vehicle after searching the damaged part of a manhole, minor damage, or a porthole generated on a paved road; (b) a step of crushing a periphery of the damaged part after a crushing device is installed in the repairing vehicle; (c) a step of cleaning a crushed part while storing waste ascon in a vacuum tank by sucking the waste ascon crushed by the crushing device; (d) a step of coating a primer after the step (c); (e) a step of manufacturing the asphalt concrete filled in the damaged part by an asphalt concrete manufacturing device installed in the repairing vehicle; (f) a step of placing the asphalt concrete manufactured by the step (e) on the primer coated in the step (d); (g) a step of compacting the asphalt concrete newly placed after the step (f) to be horizontal to the road surface; and (f) a step of opening a construction section in order for the vehicle to pass after the step (g).
본원발명은 포트홀, 소파 또는 맨홀 보수의 원스탑 시공방법에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 아스콘을 파쇄하고 흡인한 후 아스팔트 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 보수차량을 이용하여 파손된 포장도로의 보수 방법에 있어서, (a) 포장도로에 생성된 포트홀, 소파 또는 맨홀의 파손 부분을 조사한 후 차량을 출입을 통제하면서 상기 파손된 부분에 보수차량이 이동되는 단계와, (b) 상기 보수차량에 파쇄기가 설치된 후 상기 파손된 부분 주위를 파쇄하는단계와, (c) 상기 파쇄기에 의해서 파쇄된 폐아스콘을 흡입하여 진공탱크에 저장하면서 상기 파쇄된 부분을 청소하는 단계와, (d) 상기 (c)단계 후 프라이머를 도포하는 단계와, (e) 상기 보수차량에 설치된 아스팔트 콘크리트 제조장치에서 파손된 부분에 채워지는 아스팔트 콘크리트가 제조되는 단계와, (f) 상기 (e)단계에서 제조된 아스팔트 콘크리트가 상기 (d)단계에서 도포된 프라이머 위에 포설되는 단계와, (g) 상기 (f)단계 후 새롭게 포설된 아스팔트 콘크리트가 도로 표면과 수평이 되도록 다짐하는 단계 및, (h) 상기 (g)단계 후 차량이 통행하도록 공사구간을 개방하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a one-stop construction method for repairing a porthole, minor damage, or a manhole. Specifically, a repairing method for a damaged paved road by using a repairing vehicle can manufacture asphalt concrete after crushing ascon and sucking the ascon. The repairing method for a damaged paved road comprises: (a) a step of moving a repairing vehicle to a damaged part while controlling entry of the vehicle after searching the damaged part of a manhole, minor damage, or a porthole generated on a paved road; (b) a step of crushing a periphery of the damaged part after a crushing device is installed in the repairing vehicle; (c) a step of cleaning a crushed part while storing waste ascon in a vacuum tank by sucking the waste ascon crushed by the crushing device; (d) a step of coating a primer after the step (c); (e) a step of manufacturing the asphalt concrete filled in the damaged part by an asphalt concrete manufacturing device installed in the repairing vehicle; (f) a step of placing the asphalt concrete manufactured by the step (e) on the primer coated in the step (d); (g) a step of compacting the asphalt concrete newly placed after the step (f) to be horizontal to the road surface; and (f) a step of opening a construction section in order for the vehicle to pass after the step (g).
