Provided is a ladder capable of improving stability on an uneven ground surface by additionally installing height controllers on the legs of a ladder and on a foldable assistive stabilizer in the lower part of the lateral side of the legs as well. The ladder has an overlapping structure with a pinhole bored on the outer part of the foldable assistive stabilizer to adjust the height vertically.
