Method of Construction in Reinforced Concrete Wall Type Apartment Mixed-use Studio Buildings
The present invention relates to a construction method which reduces a construction scale by dividing a plane of a floor of a building to expedite framework construction to shorten construction time in construction having a wall structure such as an apartment building, a high-rise residential building, a studio building, and a knowledge industry center. Also, the present invention relates to finishing of a framework in a four-day cycle by dividing two buildings into four zones and performing construction by a difference of one day. According to the present invention, the construction method of a wall structure building such as an apartment building and a high-rise residential building comprises: a first step of plane division of dividing a plurality of households on a plane of a building into two or more zones (construction areas); a second step of wall construction of constructing a wall form, a wall reinforcing bar, and wall electric equipment for the first zone (area) of the first step; a third step of slab construction of pouring slab form, slab reinforcing bar, electric equipment, inspection and slab concrete after the second step; and a fourth step of performing the second step of wall construction and the third step of slab construction by a time difference with the first zone (area) for the second zone (area) of the first step. The second, the third, and the fourth step are repeated on an upper floor.
본 발명은 아파트 주상복합 오피스텔 지식산업센터 등 벽식 구조를 갖는 건설공사에서 1개동의 1개층 평면을 2개 이상으로 존(구역)으로 분할하여 공사규모를 작게 소형화하여 골조공사의 속도를 빠르게 함으로써 공기를 단축하는 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 2개동을 4개의 존으로 분할하고 1일 차이로 진행하여 4일 싸이클로 골조를 완성해가는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 아파트 주상복합 등 벽식구조 건물의 골조 시공방법은, 1개동의 평면에서 다수 세대를 2개 또는 3개 이상의 존(zone), 공사구역으로 분할하는 평면분할의 제1단계 ; 상기 제1단계의 첫 번째 존(구역)에 대하여 벽체 형틀, 벽체 철근, 벽체 전기 설비 를 시공하는 벽체시공의 제2단계 ; 제2단계에 이어 슬라브 형틀, 슬라브 철근, 전기 설비, 검측 및 슬라브 콘크리트를 타설하는 슬라브 시공의 제3단계 ; 상기 제1단계의 두 번째의 존(구역)에 대하여 첫 번째 존(구역)과 시간차를 두고 벽체시공의 제2단계와 슬라브 시공의 제3단계를 시공하는 제4단계 ; 및 상기 제2, 3, 4단계를 위층에서 반복하여 시공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
