Disclosed are a rock collecting apparatus and construction heavy equipment having the same. The rock collecting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a fastening unit coupled to an arm of construction heavy equipment including an excavator; a collecting member support unit of which one side unit is connected to the fastening unit, and of which the other side unit is provided with a support unit; and a collecting member rotatably disposed at the support unit to collect rocks on the ground surface. Here, the collecting member is characterized by collecting rocks by being rotated corresponding to an inclined area disposed on the ground surface.
암반 수거용 장치 및 이를 구비한 건설 중장비가 개시된다. 본 발명의 암반 수거용 장치는, 굴삭기를 포함하는 건설 중장비의 암에 결합 되는 체결부; 일측부는 체결부에 연결되고 타측부에는 지지부가 마련된 수거부재 지지부; 및 지지부에 회전 가능하게 마련되어 지면에 있는 암석을 수거하는 수거 부재를 포함하고, 수거 부재는 지면의 마련되는 경사 영역에 대응되게 회전되어 암석을 수거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
