Process for Forming SiC Coating on Graphite Foam
The present invention relates to a method for forming a coating of silicon carbide on a graphite foam. More specifically, the present invention provides the method for forming a coating of silicon carbide on a graphite foam, which comprises steps of: (S10), coating silica sol having a silica content of 1 to 40 wt% on the graphite foam; (S20), drying the coated graphite foam; and (S30), heat treating the dried graphite foam. The method of forming a coating of silicon carbide on a graphite foam according to the present invention can provide the graphite foam excellent in surface characteristics and oxidation resistance.
본 발명은 그라파이트 폼 상에 실리콘카바이드의 코팅을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 실리카 함량이 1~40 중량%인 실리카졸을 그라파이트 폼 상에 코팅하는 단계(S10), 상기 코팅된 그라파이트 폼을 건조하는 단계(S20) 및 상기 건조된 그라파이트 폼을 열처리하는 단계(S30);를 포함하는 그라파이트 폼 상에 실리콘카바이드의 코팅형성 방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method for forming a coating of silicon carbide on a graphite foam.
