The present invention relates to a method of constructing foundation mass concrete for buildings, capable of constructing foundation mass concrete with excellent strength and reducing the formation of cracks caused by hydration heat by using two types of mixed concrete compositions. The method comprises: forming a lower concrete layer by placing a first concrete composition; and forming an upper concrete layer by placing a second concrete composition.
