VESSEL VENTILATION APPARATUS EASY TO AUTO OPENING AND SHUTTING
The present invention relates to a hatch cover used for ventilation on a hatch of a vessel and, more specifically, to a ventilation device for a vessel, capable of being easily opened and closed, wherein the ventilation device for a vessel can easily open and close the hatch cover. The ventilation device for a vessel includes: a hatch cover frame including a louver and having a hanging unit protruding from the front side of a lower end; the hatch cover which is opened and closed by rotating as an upper end is connected to an upper end of the hatch cover frame by a hinge; an opening and closing inducing plate connected to a guide rod protruding from one side of the hatch cover through a guide hole, wherein one end of the opening and closing inducing plate is connected to one side of the hatch cover frame and the guide hole is formed from the other end to a periphery of the one end; a switching module connected to a lower end of the hatch cover and fixed by being hung on the hanging unit when the hatch cover is closed, wherein the switching module is unfixed from the hanging unit by being raised when an outer force is applied to the upper side; a first pulling unit opening the hatch cover as a handle is pulled, wherein one end of wire is connected to the switching module and the handle is connected to the other end of the wire; and a second pulling unit closing the hatch cover of an open state by pulling the handle, wherein one end of the wire is connected to the other end of the opening and closing inducing plate and the other end of the wire is connected to the handle.
본 발명은 선박의 해치에 대한 환기를 위해 사용되는 해치커버와 관련되는 것으로서 보다 구체적으로는 보다 쉽게 해치커버를 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 개폐가 용이한 선박용 환기장치에 관한 기술이며, 내부에 루바가 설치되며, 하단 전방으로 돌출되는 걸림부가 형성되는 해치커버 프레임; 상기 해치커버 프레임 상단과 힌지에 의해 상측단이 연결되어 회동됨에 의해 개폐가 이루어지는 해치커버; 일단은 상기 해치커버 프레임의 일측면에 연결되며, 타단으로부터 상기 일단 근처까지 가이드홀이 형성되고, 상기 가이드홀을 통해 상기 해치커버의 일측면에 돌출되는 가이드봉과 연결되는 개폐유도플레이트; 상기 해치커버 하단측에 결합되며, 상기 해치커버가 닫혀있을 때는 상기 걸림부에 걸려 구속되게 하되, 상방으로의 외력이 작용하면 상승되어 상기 걸림부에 대한 구속이 해제되게 하는 스위칭모듈; 와이어의 일단이 상기 스위칭모듈과 연결되고, 상기 와이어의 타단에는 손잡이가 연결되어 상기 손잡이를 당김으로써 상기 해치커버가 열리도록 하는 제1당김수단; 와이어의 일단이 상기 개폐유도플레이트의 상기 타단에 연결되고 상기 와이어의 타단에는 손잡이가 연결되어 상기 손잡이를 당김으로써 열린 상태의 해치커버가 닫히도록 하는 제2당김수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a hatch cover used for ventilation on a hatch of a vessel and, more specifically, to a ventilation device for a vessel, capable of being easily opened and closed, wherein the ventilation device for a vessel can easily open and close the hatch cover.
