A Soundproofing panel fixing structure for soundproof tunnel
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel fixing device for a roof of a tunnel soundproof wall. According to the present invention, a pillar is standing along both sides of a road and installed, a side wall frame is arranged between the pillar and a neighboring pillar in a vehicle driving direction to block a noise source, and a roof frame is formed by connecting a side wall frame and a side wall frame, opposing each other, by a beam, while a soundproof panel is coupled to the beam, in a tunnel soundproof wall. The soundproof panel is fixed by a panel fixing device fixed to the beam. The panel fixing device includes: a vertical piece installed in a road width direction while standing in the beam vertically to be fixed thereto; a panel fixing frame fixed to the vertical piece through a fastening device, having a guide groove into which a nut is inserted into the center in a longitudinal direction to be engaged and fixed, and having a seating surface to allow the soundproof panels to oppose, to be placed, and to be seated in both sides of an upper surface while the guide groove is provided as the center; a cover member placed on an upper portion of a ″+″ edge in contact with an edge of a soundproof panel in a plurality of soundproof panels placed on the seating surface and allowing four pressing portions formed in an edge of a bottom surface to be in contact with four soundproof panel edges; and a locking bolt passing through the center of the cover member to be fastened to the nut to allow the cover member to press and fix each edge of the soundproof panel.
본 발명은 터널 방음벽의 루프용 방음패널 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도로의 양측을 따라서 세워져 설치되는 지주 및 상기 지주와 차량 주행방향으로 이웃한 지주 사이에 배열되어 소음원을 차단하는 측벽프레임 그리고 서로 마주보는 측벽프레임과 측벽프레임을 빔으로 연결하며 상기 빔에 방음패널이 결합되어 지붕프레임을 이루는 터널 방음벽에 있어서, 상기 방음패널이 상기 빔에 고정되는 패널 고정구로 고정되도록 하며; 상기 패널 고정구가, 상기 빔에 수직하게 세워져 고정되며 도로 폭방향을 따라 설치되는 수직편; 상기 수직편에 체결구를 통해 고정되며 중심에 길이방향을 따라 너트가 삽입되어 걸림 고정되는 가이드홈이 형성되고 상기 가이드홈을 중심으로 한 상면 양쪽에 상기 방음패널이 마주보며 올려져 안착되도록 안착면이 형성되는 패널고정프레임; 상기 안착면에 올려진 복수의 방음패널에서 방음패널의 모서리가 접하는 "+" 모서리의 상부에 올려져 저면 모서리에 형성된 4개의 누름부가 4개의 방음패널 모서리를 각각 접하는 덮개부재; 상기 덮개부재의 중심을 통과하여 상기 너트에 체결되어 상기 덮개부재가 상기 방음패널의 각 모서리를 압착 고정하도록 하는 잠금볼트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a soundproof panel fixing device for a roof of a tunnel soundproof wall.
