The present invention relates to a small prefabricated house installed and used in a place with beautiful natural scenery, vacation spot, or construction site to allow a user to easily install and disassemble the prefabricated house, to reduce working hours, to have an excellent mobility, to form an insulation space inside a wall panel, to have superior insulation in winter and summer, and to prevent dew condensation. According to the present invention, in the small prefabricated house installed by placing wall panels in all directions on an upper side of a base frame and built by placing an upper panel and a roof on the wall panels, the wall panels are formed in a dual structure made of an external panel and an internal panel, and an insulation space is formed in between the external panel and the internal panel. Meanwhile, an upper finish panel and a lower finish panel are respectively inserted into an upper end unit and a lower end unit. The upper panel and the lower panel are respectively placed and installed on an upper side and a lower side of the wall panels.
본 발명은 자연 경관이 수려한 장소나 휴양지 또는 공사현장 등에 설치하여 사용하는 간이 주택에 관한 기술로서, 간이 주택의 설치 및 분해작업이 용이하고, 작업 시간을 단축할 뿐만 아니라 이동성이 우수하며, 또한 벽체패널의 내부에 단열공간을 구성하여 겨울철과 여름철 단열성이 우수한 한편 결로현상을 방지하는 소형간이 주택에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 베이스 프레임의 상부에 벽체패널이 사방면으로 놓여 설치되고, 상기 벽체패널 위에 상부패널과 지붕이 놓여 시공되는 소형 간이 주택에 있어서, 상기 벽체패널은 외측패널과 내측패널의 이중으로 형성되고, 상기 외측패널과 내측패널 사이에 단열공간이 구성되는 한편 상단부와 하단부에 각각 상부 마감패널과 하부 마감패널이 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 벽체패널의 상부와 하부에 각각 상부패널과 하부패널이 놓여 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
