WATERPROOF AND ROOT ISOLATION LAYER WATER LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM IN ROOFTOP GARDENING FACILITY
The present invention relates to a system for detecting a leak of a waterproof root barrier in a rooftop gardening facility. According to the present invention, the system for detecting a leak of a waterproof root barrier in a rooftop gardening facility comprises: a leak detection module which is inserted and installed in the middle of a waterproof root barrier of a rooftop with a gardening facility and a concrete structure, has a wire hole formed on an upper end thereof to allow a wire to pass thereinto and an inclined surface formed therein to gather water on a center of a lower end therein, and includes a leak detection sensor on the center of the lower end thereof and connected to the wire to detect water; and a central server to receive a sensing value of the leak detection sensor from the leak detection module to determine whether a leak occurs. According to the present invention, the system is installed in a lower layer of a waterproof root barrier to allow quick measures when the waterproof root barrier is damaged to resolve a problem before a crack is created in a concrete structure to minimize damage.
본 발명은 옥상녹화 시설에서의 방수 방근층 누수 감지 시스템에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 옥상녹화 시설에서의 방수 방근층 누수 감지 시스템은 녹화 시설이 있는 옥상의 방수 방근층과 콘크리트 구조부의 중간에 삽입 설치되고, 상단에 내부로 와이어를 통과시키기 위한 와이어 홀이 형성되며, 내측으로 내부의 하단 중앙에 수분이 고이도록 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 하단 중앙에 상기 와이어에 연결되어 수분을 감지하는 누수 감지 센서가 구비되는 누수 감지 모듈; 및 상기 누수 감지 모듈로부터 상기 누수 감지 센서의 센싱값을 전송받아 누수 발생 여부를 판단하는 중앙서버를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 방수 방근층의 하부 층에 설치하여 방수 방근층의 손상시 신속한 대처가 가능하도록 함으로써 콘크리트 구조물에 균열이 유발되기 이전에 문제를 해결할 수 있어 피해를 최소화 할 수 있다.
