MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE USING NATURAL STONE DUST
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial marble with stone powder. More specifically, according to the present invention, the method comprises: a coating agent coating step of applying a coating agent on a rubber mold; an adhesive coating step of applying adhesive on the rubber mold having the coating agent applied thereon through the coating agent coating step; a stone powder insertion step of inserting stone powder into the rubber mold having the adhesive coated thereon through the adhesive coating step, and cooling the stone powder after heating; a stone powder mixture insertion step of inserting a stone powder mixture into the rubber mold having the stone powder inserted thereon through the stone powder coating step, and cooling the stone powder mixture after heating; a gypsum mixing agent insertion step of inserting a gypsum mixing agent into the rubber mold having the stone powder mixture inserted thereon through the stone powder mixture coating step, and hardening the gypsum mixing agent; and a drying step of separating a molded object hardened through the gypsum mixing agent insertion step from the rubber mold, and drying the object at room temperature. Accordingly, the artificial marble manufactured through such processes uses natural stone powder and a coating agent, thereby providing advantages of providing excellent mechanical strength and lightweight while providing the texture similar to that of natural marble.
본 발명은 천연석분을 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고무형틀에 코팅제를 도포하는 코팅제도포단계, 상기 코팅제도포단계를 통해 코팅제가 도포된 고무형틀에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포단계, 상기 접착제도포단계를 통해 접착제가 도포된 고무형틀에 석분을 투입하고 가열한 후에 냉각하는 석분투입단계, 상기 석분투입단계를 통해 석분이 투입된 고무형틀에 석분혼합물을 투입하고 가열한 후에 냉각하는 석분혼합물투입단계, 상기 석분혼합물투입단계를 통해 석분혼합물이 투입된 고무형틀에 석고배합제를 투입하고 경화하는 석고배합제투입단계 및 상기 석고배합제투입단계를 통해 경화된 성형물을 고무형틀에서 분리한 후에 상온에서 건조하는 건조단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 인조대리석은 천연석분과 코팅제를 사용하여 천연대리석과 유사한 질감을 나타내면서도, 기계적 강도가 우수하며 중량이 가벼운 장점을 나타낸다.
