MASONRY RETAINING WALL REINFORCEMENT DEVICE AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD
The present invention provides a stone wall reinforcing device and a stone wall reinforcing method. The device reinforces a stone wall with stones stacked in multiple layers to cover an inclined surface, and comprises: a nailing unit which includes a bit unit on a front end thereof, forms an inner hole on a center of a body to receive an injection material, has a hollow fixing bar of a prescribed length having at least one discharge hole communicating with the inner hole on an outer surface of the body to be inserted to be inclined downwards in a prescribed angle on a boundary area between adjacent stones by a rotating descending force transferred from the outside, and integrates the hollow fixing bar into the inclined surface by an injection material discharged through the discharge hole to fix the hollow fixing bar; a drain unit which has a drain pipe of a prescribed length inserted and arranged on a dilled hole formed to be inclined upwards on a different boundary area between adjacent stones, and drains water contained in the inclined surface to the outside while fixing the drain pipe on the inclined surface by an injection material filled between the drilled hole and the drain pipe; and a mesh panel connected to an end of the hollow fixing bar exposed to the outside in the boundary area between the stones to be fixed on an outer surface of the stone wall.
석축 보강장치 및 보강방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 사면을 덮도록 석재가 다층으로 적층된 석축을 보강하는 장치에 있어서, 선단에 비트부를 구비하고, 몸체 중앙에 주입재가 공급되는 내부공을 형성하고, 몸체 외부면에 상기 내부공과 연통되는 적어도 하나의 토출공을 구비하는 일정길이의 중공형 고정바를 갖추어 외부로부터 전달되는 회전하강력에 의해 서로 인접하는 석재들간의 경계영역에서 일정각도 하향 경사지게 근입되고 상기 토출공을 통하여 배출되는 주입재에 의해서 사면에 중공형 고정바를 일체화하여 고정시키는 네일링부 ; 서로 인접하는 석재들간의 다른 경계영역에서 상향 경사지게 형성되는 천공홀에 삽입배치되는 일정길이의 배수관을 갖추며, 상기 천공홀과 배수관과의 사이에 채워지는 주입재에 의해서 상기 배수관을 사면에 고정하면서 사면에 함수된 물을 외부로 배수하는 배수부 ; 및 상기 석재들간의 경계영역에서 외부노출되는 중공형 고정바의 단부와 연결되어 상기 석축의 외면에 고정되는 메쉬패널을 포함할 수 있다.
