Tunnel-type noise barrier wall cleaning device
An objective of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device including a snow removal function for a roof of a tunnel-type soundproof wall which is normally used for the purpose of cleanly removing various foreign substances accumulated on a roof of a tunnel-type soundproof wall, and also removes snow accumulated on the roof in a winter season. The cleaning device including a snow removal function for a roof of a tunnel-type soundproof wall comprises: a support member including a rail to supply power to an upper portion of a tunnel-type soundproof wall and move in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel-type soundproof wall; a transport unit including a transport roller on both ends thereof to be rotated by a driving means to be moved on the rail; a snow removal frame which is transported in the longitudinal direction of the roof of the tunnel-type soundproof wall by the transport units between the transport units, and is arranged in a front and a rear direction to remove foreign substances or snow accumulated on the roof; and a foreign substance removal unit which is transported in a width direction of the roof of the tunnel-type soundproof wall between the snow removal frames, and removes foreign substances accumulated on the roof. Accordingly, the roof can be maintained in a clean state throughout the year. Light transmission efficiency can be maximized in case of a roof of a transparent material. Damage by snow can be prevented in a winter season to secure improved safety and long-term use.
평상시에는 터널형 방음벽의 지붕에 쌓이는 각종 이물질을 깨끗하게 제거하는 용도로 사용하다가 겨울철에는 지붕으로 쌓이는 눈 또한 제설할 수 있도록 상부에 전원을 공급하면서 그 터널형 방음벽의 길이 방향으로 이동 가능하게 각각의 레일을 포함하는 받침부재; 양단에 상기 각 레일 상에서 이동되도록 구동수단에 의해 회전되는 각각의 이송 롤러를 포함하는 각각 이송부; 상기 각 이송부 사이에 그 이송부에 의해 터널형 방음벽 지붕의 길이 방향을 따라 이송되면서 지붕에 쌓인 이물질 또는 눈을 제설하도록 전,후방으로 마련되는 각각의 제설 프레임; 및 상기 각 제설 프레임 사이에 터널형 방음벽 지붕의 폭 방향으로 이송되면서 지붕에 쌓인 이물질을 제거하는 이물질 제거부;를 포함하는 터널형 방음벽 지붕용 제설 기능을 포함하는 클리닝장치를 제공하는 데 있다. 그에 따라 사시사철 지붕을 깨끗한 상태로 유지할 수 있음은 물론 투명재질의 지붕의 경우, 투광 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과와 함께 겨울철 눈에 의한 손상이나 파손을 방지하여 높은 안전성과 함께 오랜 사용기간을 확보할 수 있는 효과도 가진다.
