CONNECTING SYSTEM OF STEEL PIPE STRUT-STRIP FOR PREVENTING BUCKLING
According to the present invention, a steel pipe strut-furring strip connection body includes: a fixing band formed to enclose the circumferences of steel pipe struts horizontally installed on a furring strip of one row of a reference row of a retaining wall at regular intervals; and a structural steel pipe to connect a gap between a furring strip of an upper row positioned above the reference row and the fixing band. The fixing band consists of two horizontally separated and generally semicircular plates of a half ring shape to be formed in a structure capable of enclosing the steel pipe struts. A first bolt connection unit is formed at a point where the left and right half ring-shaped plates of the fixing band meet each other. The fixing band can be connected to the steel pipe struts to be tightly attached to the steel pipe struts by tightening the bolt connection unit. The ends of the left and right half ring-shaped plates on the opposite side of the first bolt connection unit are extended to the outside to install a support reinforcement plate between the extended surfaces and the structural steel pipe. A second bolt connection unit is formed between the support reinforcement plate and the structural steel pipe. The first bolt connection unit is formed on an upper portion of the fixing band, and the second bolt connection unit is formed on a lower portion of the fixing band.
본 발명에 따른 강관버팀보-띠장 연결체는, 흙막이 벽체의 기준열의 1열의 띠장에 일정간격으로 수평으로 설치되는 강관버팀보의 둘레를 감싸도록 형성된 고정밴드; 상기 기준열의 위에 위치한 상부열의 띠장과 상기 고정밴드 사이를 연결하는 구조용강관;을 포함하고, 상기 고정밴드는 2개의 좌우로 분리된 대체적으로 반원형의 반고리형 플레이트로 구성되어 상기 강관버팀보를 감쌀 수 있는 구조로 형성되고, 상기 고정밴드의 상기 좌우의 반고리형 플레이트가 서로 만나는 지점에서 제1볼트연결부가 형성되고 상기 볼트연결부의 볼트조임에 의하여 상기 고정밴드가 상기 강관버팀보에 밀착되게 연결될 수 있고, 상기 제1볼트연결부의 반대측의 상기 좌우의 반고리형 플레이트의 각각의 단부는 각각 외측으로 연장되어서 상기 연장된 면과 상기 구조용강관과의 사이에는 지지보강플레이트가 설치되고, 상기 지지보강플레이트와 상기 구조용 강관과의 사이에는 제2볼트연결부가 형성되고, 상기 제1볼트연결부는 상기 고정밴드의 하부에 형성되고 상기 제2볼트연결부는 상기 고정밴드의 상부에 형성된다.
