Complex insulator and insulating method using the same
The present invention relates to insulation and complex insulation for a thermal insulating method using hard insulation and an insulating method using the same, which use the hard insulation such as foamed polystyrene having excellent thermal insulation to be possible to be wound in a roll shape so that transportation, treatment and insulation construction are simple. According to the present invention, the insulation for a thermal insulating method includes: a sheet layer capable of being wound in the roll shape; and a hard foamed polystyrene block layer fixed to one surface of the sheet layer, wherein the hard foamed polystyrene block layer has a shape where hard foamed polystyrene blocks, in a shape narrower on a upper side than a lower side connected to the sheet layer and longer in a width direction of the sheet layer, are repeatedly arranged and connected in a longitudinal direction of the sheet layer.
본 발명은 단열성이 우수한 발포폴리스티렌와 같은 경질의 단열재를 이용하여 운송과 취급 및 단열시공이 간편하도록 롤 형태로 권취가 가능하게 한 단열공법용 단열재와 복합단열재 및 이를 이용한 단열공법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 단열공법용 단열재는, 롤 형태로의 권취가 가능한 시트층과; 상기 시트층의 일면에 고정된 경질 발포단열재 블록층을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 경질 발포단열재 블록층은, 시트층에 접합되는 아래쪽보다 위쪽이 더 좁고 시트층의 폭방향으로 긴 형상의 경질 발포단열재의 블록들이 상기 시트층의 길이방향으로 반복적으로 배열 접합된 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
