Insulating wall structure
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an insulation wall structure, comprising: an adhesion layer coming in close contact with an installation surface and including anti-corrosive and heat-resistant materials; a thermally foaming resin layer applied to one surface of the adhesion layer, and foaming at high temperature to form a carbonized layer; a frame formed on one surface of the thermally foaming resin layer, wherein a heat insulation space connected to the thermally foaming resin layer is formed; and a heat insulating material covering the frame, the thermally foaming resin layer, and the adhesion layer.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 단열벽 구조체가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단열벽 구조체는, 설치면에 밀착되며, 방청 및 내열성 물질을 포함하는 접착층과, 접착층의 일 면에 도포되며, 고온에서 발포하여 탄화층(Char)을 형성하는 열발포성수지층과, 열발포성수지층의 일 면에 형성되며, 내부에 열발포성수지층과 연통되는 열차단공간이 형성되는 프레임, 및 프레임과, 열발포성수지층, 및 접착층을 감싸는 보온재를 포함할 수 있다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an insulation wall structure, comprising: an adhesion layer coming in close contact with an installation surface and including anti-corrosive and heat-resistant materials; a thermally foaming resin layer applied to one surface of the adhesion layer, and foaming at high temperature to form a carbonized layer; a frame formed on one surface of the thermally foaming resin layer, wherein a heat insulation space connected to the thermally foaming resin layer is formed; and a heat insulating material covering the frame, the thermally foaming resin layer, and the adhesion layer.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 단열벽 구조체가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단열벽 구조체는, 설치면에 밀착되며, 방청 및 내열성 물질을 포함하는 접착층과, 접착층의 일 면에 도포되며, 고온에서 발포하여 탄화층(Char)을 형성하는 열발포성수지층과, 열발포성수지층의 일 면에 형성되며, 내부에 열발포성수지층과 연통되는 열차단공간이 형성되는 프레임, 및 프레임과, 열발포성수지층, 및 접착층을 감싸는 보온재를 포함할 수 있다.
