According to the present invention, a cover for protecting street trees includes: a casting plate comprising an opening part formed in the center to be placed on the ground with a structure of surrounding a street tree, a plurality of water permeation holes through which water passes, and a dented groove formed on the upper surface; and paint filling the dented groove formed on the upper surface of the casting plate. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing the cover for protecting street trees includes: a first step of manufacturing a casting plate comprising an opening part in the center, and a dented groove and a plurality of water permeation holes formed around the opening part; a second step of filling the dented groove of the casting plate with paint and hardening the paint; and a third step of applying a protecting layer to the surface of the paint when the paint is completely hardened. The protecting layer has transparency of no less than a preset reference value, and is made of a material stronger than the paint.
본 발명에 의한 가로수 보호용 덮개는, 가로수를 둘러싸는 구조로 지면에 안착될 수 있도록 중심부에 개구부가 형성되고, 물이 통과될 수 있는 투수홀이 다수 개 형성되며, 상면에 오목홈이 형성되는 주물판; 상기 주물판의 상면에 형성된 오목홈에 채워지는 도료;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 가로수 보호용 덮개 제조방법은, 중심부에 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 개구부의 주변에 다수 개의 투수홀과 오목홈이 형성되는 주물판을 제작하는 제1 단계; 상기 주물판의 오목홈에 도료를 채워 경화시키는 제2 단계; 상기 도료의 경화가 완료되면, 상기 도료의 표면에 보호층을 도포하는 제3 단계;로 구성되며, 상기 보호층은, 사전에 설정된 기준치 이상의 투명도를 가지며, 상기 도료보다 강도가 높은 재료로 이루어진다.
