AN INORGANIC SELF-HEALING BINDER CAPABLE OF PROMOTING THE FORMATION OF NEEDLE-LIKE SELF HEALING MATERIAL AND SELF-HEALING CONCRETE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an inorganic self-healing binder for promoting the formation of acicular self-healing materials and self-healing concrete using the same. The present invention can provide self-healing concrete with improved self-healing properties by containing an inorganic self-healing binder in which Portland cement (OPC) is mixed with an inorganic mineral of blast furnace slag powder and a crystal accelerator, thereby inducing the formation of acicular hydrates in the cracks, wherein the acicular hydrates are generated across the cracks to effectively heal the cracks, and by producing plate-shaped hydrates and amorphous products around the acicular hydrates to improve the self-healing properties.
본 발명은 침상형 자기치유물질 생성촉진용 무기계 자기치유 결합재 및 이를 활용한 자기치유 콘크리트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)에, 고로슬래그 미분말의 무기계 광물질과 결정촉진제를 배합한 무기계 자기치유 결합재를 함유함으로써, 균열 내부에 침상형 수화물 생성을 유도하고, 상기 침상형 수화물이 균열 내에서 가로질러 생성되어 균열을 효과적으로 치유할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상기 침상형 수화물 주변으로 판상형 수화물 및 아몰퍼스 생성물이 생성되어 자기치유 성능을 개선한 자기치유 콘크리트를 제공할 수 있다.
