Deck Clip for Assembling Upper Plate of Wood Deck
According to the present invention, a deck clip for assembling an upper plate of a wood deck connects a plurality of upper plates with a sliding groove formed on a side thereof in a wood deck to each other to be fixed in overall or partial contact for each gap between the upper plates of the wood deck to efficiently prevent deformation of the upper plates and stably maintain an assembly relation between the upper plates, and comprises: a base fixing part which is extended while dividing a front and a rear area towards a front and a rear arrangement direction of the upper plates to support the upper plates in contact on an upper portion thereof, and has a screw hole formed on at least one side among the front and the rear area; an extension support part which divides the front and the rear area of the base fixing part, and is extended from an upper portion of the base fixing part in a vertical perpendicular direction to a height corresponding to the sliding groove of the upper plates; and an upper fixing part extended from an upper end of the extension support part in a front and a rear straight direction, and inserted and fixed in response to the sliding groove of the upper plates arranged in front of and behind the extension support part.
본 발명은 목재 데크의 상판 사이마다 전체 또는 부분적으로 접촉 고정하여 상판 자체적인 변형을 효율적으로 방지하면서 상판 간의 조립관계를 안정적으로 유지함을 제공하도록, 목재 데크 중 측면에 슬라이딩 홈이 형성된 복수 개의 상판을 서로 연결하는 데크 클립에 있어서, 상기 상판의 전후 배치방향을 향해 전후방 영역을 구분한 채 연장 형성되어 상부에 상판을 접촉 지지하고, 전후방 영역 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에 나사홀을 형성하는 베이스고정편과; 상기 베이스고정편의 전후방 영역을 구분 구획하며 상기 베이스고정편의 상부에 수직직각방향으로 연장형성되되 상기 상판의 슬라이딩 홈에 대응되는 높이까지 연장형성되는 연장지지편과; 상기 연장지지편의 상단에 전후 직선방향으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 연장지지편을 기준으로 전후로 배치되는 상판의 슬라이딩 홈에 대응하여 삽입 고정되는 상부고정편;을 포함하는 목재 데크 상판 조립용 데크 클립을 제공한다.
