Insulation wall structure of passive house
The present invention relates to an insulation wall structure of a passive house, which can discharge inside moisture to the outside, block inflow of outside moisture to the inside to prevent dew condensation and make a more comfortable inside environment of being warm in the winter and being cool in the summer by enhancing a moisture conditioning operation of sucking inside moisture in the hot and humid summer and supplying moisture indoors in the dry winter and insulation performance by blocking the inflow of external air. The present invention provides the insulation wall structure, in which an exterior material and an interior material are made of a cement board and a gypsum board, OSB plywood is provided on the outer side of the gypsum board, a cellulose insulator fills a space part formed by rectangular timber on the outer side of the OSB plywood, a glass wool insulator is installed on the outer side of the cellulose insulator, a water repellent sheet having a moisture transmission function of discharging the inside moisture to the outside and a moisture blocking function of blocking the inflow of the outside moisture is installed on the outer side of the glass wool insulator, and a ventilation layer is formed between the water repellent sheet and the cement board to adjust the inside moisture by the gypsum board and the cellulose insulator and to realize natural discharge and the flow of moisture through the ventilation layer.
본 발명은 실내 습기는 실외로 배출되고 실내로 실외 습기가 유입되는 것을 차단하여 결로 현상이 발생하지 않고, 고온 다습한 여름철에는 실내 습기를 흡입하고 건조한 겨울철에는 실내로 습기를 내보내는 조습 작용과 외기 유입의 차단에 의한 단열 성능의 향상으로 겨울은 따뜻하고 여름에는 시원한 보다 쾌적한 실내의 환경을 조성해줄 수 있도록 한 패시브 하우스의 단열 벽체 구조에 관한 것으로서, 그 구조는 외장재와 내장재를 시멘트보드와 석고보드로 사용하고, 상기 석고보드의 외측에 OSB합판이 구비되며, 상기 OSB합판의 외측에 각재에 의해 형성된 공간부에 셀룰로오스 단열재를 충진하고, 상기 셀룰로오스 단열재의 외측에 그라스올 단열재를 설치하며, 상기 그라스올 단열재의 외측에 실내 습기를 실외로 배출하는 투습기능과 실외 수분의 실내 유입을 차단하는 투습방수지를 설치하고, 상기 투습방수지와 시멘트보드의 사이에 통기층이 형성되게 하여 상기 석고보드 및 셀룰로오스 단열재에 의해 실내 습도의 조절이 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 통기층을 통해 습기의 자연스런 배출 흐름이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
