Apparatus for bending crime prevention and insect protection net
The present invention relates to an apparatus for bending a crime prevention and insect protection net, which is able to bend a net body edge of the crime prevention and insect protection net by a certain angle, comprising: a workbench which includes a net body holding plate on which the net body is put; a bending unit which includes a bending surface placed on the same plane on the rear side of the net body holding plate, and a bending member rotatably installed; a net body position alignment unit elevatably placed to hang on a part of the bending surface to allow an edge of the net body put on the net body holding plate to be aligned on the bending surface; and a fixing unit which includes a pressurizing member elevatably placed to fixate the net body put on the net body holding plate. When the bending member rotates, the bending surface bends the edge of the net body.
본 발명은 방범 방충망의 벤딩장치에 관한 것으로서, 방범 방충망의 망체 테두리를 일정한 각도로 벤딩하는 장치에 있어서, 망체를 올려놓는 망체거치판을 포함하는 작업대; 상기 망체거치판의 후방에 동일 평면상으로 벤딩면이 위치하고 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벤딩부재를 포함하는 벤딩부; 상기 벤딩면의 일부에 걸쳐지도록 승강 가능하게 구비되어, 상기 망체거치판에 올려진 망체의 테두리가 상기 벤딩면에 정렬되도록 하는 망체위치정렬부; 상기 망체거치판에 올려진 망체를 가압하여 고정하도록 승강 가능하게 구비되는 가압부재를 포함하는 고정부;로 이루어지되, 상기 벤딩부재가 회전하면 상기 벤딩면이 망체의 테두리를 벤딩시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
