The present invention relates to an insulation material fixing unit for an insulated sandwich wall, of a new structure, capable of easily constructing an insulated sandwich wall and easily fixing an insulation material. The insulation material fixing unit for an insulated sandwich wall comprises a fixing unit main body (60) and a fixing disk (70). The fixing unit main body (60) comprises: a support block (61) connected to an outer reinforcing bar (31) by being formed in the shape of a block extended to the inner side and the outer side; and a support shaft (62) extended from the inner surface of the support block (61) to the inner side and connected to the insulation material (20) to pass through the inner and outer surfaces of the insulation material (20). The fixing disk (70) is connected to a front end of the support shaft (62) for the insulation material (20) to be attached and fixed to the inner side of the support block (61). After an outer reinforcing bar (31) and an outer mold panel (50) are installed, the fixing unit main body (60) is fixed to the outer reinforcing bar (31). The insulation material (20) is connected to the support shaft (62) of the fixing unit main body (60), and, therefore, the insulation material (20) is fixed to be spaced from an inner mold panel (40) and the outer mold panel (50). The insulation material fixing unit is different from an existing insulation material fixing unit (A) connected to pass through the inner mold panel (40) and the outer mold panel (50). The insulation material fixing unit enables the inner mold panel (40) and the outer mold panel (50) to be easily installed and demolished. There is no need to cut the insulation material fixing unit (A) after the inner mold panel (40) and the outer mold panel (50) are demolished. So, the construction of the insulated sandwich panel is facilitated.
본 발명은 단열재를 손쉽게 고정할 수 있으며 중단열벽체를 손쉽게 시공할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 중단열벽체용 단열재고정구에 관한 것이다. 중단열벽체용 단열재고정구는 내외측으로 연장된 블록형상으로 구성되어 상기 외부철근(31)에 결합되는 지지블록(61)과 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에서 내측으로 연장되어 상기 단열재(20)에 단열재(20)의 내외측면을 관통하도록 결합되는 지지축(62)으로 구성된 고정구본체(60)와, 상기 지지축(62)의 선단부에 결합되어 상기 단열재(20)가 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에 밀착고정되도록 고정하는 고정디스크(70)로 구성되어, 외부거푸집패널(50)과 외부철근(31)을 설치한 후, 상기 외부철근(31)에 상기 고정구본체(60)를 고정하고, 상기 고정구본체(60)의 지지축(62)에 단열재(20)를 결합하여, 상기 단열재(20)를 상기 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)로부터 이격되도록 고정할 수 있음으로, 상기 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 관통하도록 결합되는 종래의 단열재고정구(A)와 달리, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)의 설치와 해체가 용이하고, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 해체한 후, 단열재고정구(A)를 절단할 필요가 없어서, 중단열벽체의 시공이 더욱 용이한 장점이 있다.
