According to an embodiment, the concrete docking hose comprises: a cylindrical inner surface layer; a reinforcing layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner surface layer; and an outer surface layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing layer. The reinforcing layer may include any at least one reinforcing fiber selected from nylon fiber, rayon fiber, polyester fiber, and aramid fiber.
