The present invention relates to a manhole cover with a locking device, in which a configuration of the locking device is simplified to be miniaturized while installing the locking device in the manhole cover to realize locking between a support plate and the manhole cover such that it is prevented that manufacturing costs and the weight of the manhole cover are increased and, in particular, the manhole cover can be applied regardless of a specification of a manhole. To this end, according to the present invention, vertical and horizontal open grooves are formed on the circumferential upper surface and the side part of a body of the manhole cover, are divided by a partition, and are connected through a through-hole. A locking bolt is inserted into the through-hole and an angled head of the locking bolt is placed in the vertical open groove, and a locking piece is inserted into the horizontal open groove to be moved within the horizontal open groove by the locking bolt in an inward/outward direction, thereby locking and unlocking the manhole cover and the support plate.
본 발명은 맨홀덮개에 잠금장치를 설치하여 받침대와 맨홀덮개의 잠금이 이루어지게 하되, 잠금장치의 구성을 간단히 하면서 소형화하여, 제작비용상승과 맨홀덮개의 중량이 늘어나는 것을 방지케 하며, 특히 맨홀의 규격에 관계없이 적용할 수 있게 한것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 맨홀덮개의 본체 테두리 상면과 측부에 수직개방홈과 수평개방홈을 구성하되, 격벽을 통하여 구획되게 한 다음, 관통공을 통하여 연결되게 하고, 상기 관통공에 잠금볼트를 끼워 잠금볼트의 각형머리가 수직개방홈 내에 위치되게 하고, 수평개방홈에는 잠금편을 끼워 잠금볼트에 의해 수평개방홈 내에서 내외측방향으로 이동되게 함으로서, 맨홀덮개와 받침대의 잠금과 풀림이 이루어지게 한 것이다.
