The present invention relates to an aluminum-oxyfluoride spray coating material and, more specifically, to a spray coating material with improved plasma resistance and spray coating, wherein the spray coating material is produced by mixing, assembling, and sintering 30-70% by mass of yttrium fluoride (YF_3) and a balance of alumina (AI_2O_3) and yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG).
본 발명은 알루미늄 옥시불화이트륨 용사 재료에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 불화이트륨(YF)의 비중이 30 내지 70% 질량과 잔분이 알루미나(AlO), 이트륨알루미늄가넷(YAG)을 혼합, 조립, 소성하여 제조한 내플라즈마성이 우수한 용사 재료 및 용사 피막에 관한 것이다.
