Disclosed is a no parking sign which is heavier than a usual one, has wheels for portability, and allows use by only authorized users by controlling locking of the wheels with biometrics. The No Parking sign according to the present invention comprises: a base unit; an information plate coupled to the base unit and describing matters relating to parking; a handle member provided on one side of the information plate; wheel means coupled to a lower surface of the base unit; a biometric unit acquiring biometric data of a user; a storage unit storing biometric data of an authorized user; a control unit comparing, when receiving the biometric data acquired by the biometric unit, the received biometric data with the biometric data stored in the storage unit and transmitting a locking signal or an unlocking signal if it is determined that the received biometric data matches the stored biometric data; a locking unit locking and unlocking the wheel means; a sensing unit sensing movement of the base unit; and an alarm unit generating an alarm signal if movement of the base unit is sensed while the locking unit is locked.
중량 부재로 인하여 중량이 증가되고, 바퀴를 구비하여 이동이 용이하며, 생체 인식을 이용하여 바퀴의 락킹을 제어할 수 있어 허가된 사용자만이 사용 가능한 주차금지 표지판을 개시하고 있다.
