The present invention relates to a band-free type concrete pile to prevent sludge residue from flowing to the outside when the concrete pile is manufactured while being in a band-free type. The band-free type concrete pile is manufactured by attaching and using members (200, 200A, 200B) with curved parts (202, 202A, 202B) having the regular height along the outer circumference of bottom plates (201, 201A, 201B) on a frame (10) forming the outer form of a pile body. According to the present invention, the concrete pile is manufactured without attaching a band on both ends of the concrete pile for raw materials to be saved and for productivity to be improved. In addition, product competitiveness can be secured.
본 발명은 무밴드 타입 콘크리트 파일에 관한 것으로서, 무밴드 타입이면서 콘크리트 파일 제조 시 슬러지 잔유물이 외측으로 흘러나오는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 파일몸체의 외형을 형성하는 형틀(10)에 바닥판(201,201A,201B)의 외측 둘레를 따라 일정한 높이를 갖는 절곡부(202,202A,202B)가 형성된 부재(200,200A,200B)를 부착 사용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트 파일의 양측단에 밴드를 부착하지 않고 제조함으로써 원자재를 절감하여 생산성을 향상시키고, 나아가서 제품 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
