Active control sound proof mat comprising rice hulls and sound proof wall comprising the same
The present invention relates to an active control sound-absorbing mat and a soundproof wall including the same which can vary the thickness of a rice chaff sound-absorbing layer, rice chaff size, and rice chaff filling density in accordance with a specific noise frequency of a road. The present invention provides a sound-absorbing mat which does not use toxic polymer adhesives and is not formed into a plate shape at a high temperature and a high pressure to easily recycle or discard a sound-absorbing material. The sound-absorbing mat can control a sound absorption rate of a rice chaff sound-absorbing layer by adjusting the thickness of a housing or the weight of rice chaff and thus can actively absorb a sound in accordance with a frequency of a noise source. The sound-absorbing mat is eco-friendly since rice chaff is easily supplied and is freely discarded as a sound-absorbing material. Also, the sound-absorbing mat has a high sound absorption rate and can be used as an active sound-absorbing material since rice chaff with uniform particle size, three dimensional shape, and elasticity is used.
본 발명은 도로의 특정 소음 주파수에 맞추어 왕겨 흡음층의 두께, 왕겨 크기 및 왕겨 충진 밀도를 가변시킬 수 있는 능동 제어 흡음 매트 및 이를 포함하는 방음벽에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 독성의 고분자 접착제를 사용하지 않고, 고온 고압에서 판상으로 성형하지 않으므로 흡음재의 재활용이나 폐기가 용이한 흡음매트를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 흡음매트는 하우징부의 두께나 왕겨의 비중을 조절하여 왕겨 흡음층의 흡음률을 제어할 수 있으므로, 소음원의 주파수에 맞춰 능동적으로 흡음이 가능한 흡음재를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 흡음매트는 수급이 용이하고 폐기처리가 자유로운 왕겨를 흡음재로서 사용하므로 친환경적이다. 또한, 본 발명의 흡음 매트는 입자 크기가 균일하고 입체적 형상으로 탄성이 있는 왕겨를 사용하므로 높은 흡음성을 보여줄 뿐만 아니라 능동형 흡음재로서 사용될 수 있다.
