Disclosed is a reinforcing truss girder. The reinforcing truss girder includes: an inverted triangular reinforcing pipe in which a filling material is placed; and a reinforcing truss material coupled to the reinforcing pipe, wherein the reinforcing truss material includes: a first reinforcing lattice material welded on a first side surface of the reinforcing pipe; and a second reinforcing lattice material welded on a second side surface of the reinforcing pipe. The first reinforcing lattice material and the second reinforcing lattice material are bent in a wave shape and are repeatedly coupled thereto in a longitudinal direction of the reinforcing pipe.
