Method and apparatus for connecting roof truss for prefabricated tent
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for connecting roof trusses of a prefabricated tent and an apparatus thereof, the method for connecting roof trusses of a prefabricated tent comprising: a step of installing a first connecting member at an end portion of a first roof truss in a state in which a roof truss is divided into at least two, as first and second roof trusses; a step of installing a second connecting member at an end portion of the second roof truss; a step of overlapping the first connecting member and second connecting member by allowing neighboring end portions of the first and second roof trusses to come close; and a step of fastening the outside of one between the first and second connecting members to the other one between the first and second connecting members by means of a fastening member. Therefore, according to the present invention, the first and second connecting members are individually fixated at opposed end portions in a state in which the roof truss is divided into at least two, as the first and second roof trusses, due to the limitation of a carriage length, before the first and second connecting members are overlapped and fixated with a bolt, thereby providing short work time and solid fixation by being doubly connected by a bolting and welding method.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 조립식 천막의 지붕 트러스간 연결방법 및 장치 중 조립식 천막의 지붕 트러스간 연결방법은, 지붕 트러스를 적어도 두 개의 제1, 2 지붕 트러스로 분할한 상태에서 상기 제1 지붕 트러스의 단부에 제1 연결부재를 설치하는 단계; 상기 제2 지붕 트러스의 단부에 제2 연결부재를 설치하는 단계; 상기 제1, 2 지붕 트러스의 이웃한 단부를 근접시켜 상기 제1 연결부재와 상기 제2 연결부재를 중첩시키는 단계; 및 상기 제1, 2 연결부재 중 어느 하나의 외측에서 체결부재를 통해 상기 제1, 2 연결부 중 다른 하나에 체결시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 운반 길이의 한정으로 인해 지붕 트러스를 적어도 두 개의 제1, 2 지붕 트러스로 분할한 상태에서 대향된 단부에 제1, 2 연결부재를 각각 고정시키고, 제1, 2 연결부재를 중첩시킨 후 볼트에 의해 고정하여 작업 시간이 빠르면서 볼팅과 용접 방식에 의해 이중으로 연결하므로 견고하게 고정될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
