The present invention relates to a floating seal used in a crawler type construction machine and an idler having the same. The floating seal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first seal member interposed between a support and a roller of the idler, wherein one side protrudes toward a gap between the support and the roller, and the other side is opposite to lubricating oil supplied between the support and the roller; and a second seal member formed along with the first seal member with a bilateral symmetry type, wherein one side is in contact on a side surface from one side and a dead end of the first seal member in a direction at the other side of the first seal member by a distance of 3-5 mm, and the other side is spaced from the other side of the first seal member.
본 발명은 크롤러 타입의 건설 기계에 사용되는 플로팅 실 및 이를 구비한 아이들러에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 플로팅 실은 상기 아이들러의 서포트와 롤러 사이에 개재되며 일측이 상기 서포트와 상기 롤러 간의 틈을 향해 돌출되고 타측은 상기 서포트와 상기 롤러 사이에 공급된 윤활유와 대향하는 제1 실 부재 및 상기 제1 실 부재와 좌우대칭형으로 형성되며 일측이 상기 제1 실 부재의 일측과 끝단으로부터 상기 제1 실 부재의 타측 방향으로 3mm 내지 5mm의 거리만큼 측면에서 접촉하고 타측은 상기 제1 실 부재의 타측과 이격된 제2 실 부재를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a floating seal used in a crawler type construction machine and an idler having the same.
