According to one embodiment of the present invention, a heat insulation material provided in a protective container of a water meter includes: a main body unit into which the water meter is inserted at a lower portion; and a cover unit formed on an upper portion of the main body unit and covering an upper portion of the meter. An outside surface of the main body unit is formed to be inclined to be spaced apart from an inside surface of the protective container while going to the bottom. The cover unit is formed to be inclined downwards toward the edge of the cover unit from a first area formed on the upper portion of the cover unit position on the upper portion of the meter. The present invention also includes a wing protruding to a side portion at an edge of the cover unit.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수도 계량기 보호통의 내부에 배치되는 보온재는, 수도 계량기가 하방에서 삽입되는 본체부 및 본체부의 상부에 형성되어 계량기의 상방을 덮는 덮개부를 포함하며, 본체부의 외측면은 하부로 갈수록 보호통의 내측면과 이격되도록 경사지게 형성되며, 덮개부는 계량기의 상방에 위치한 덮개부의 상부에 형성되는 제1영역으로부터 덮개부의 가장자리를 향해 하향 경사지게 형성되며, 덮개부의 가장자리에는 측방으로 돌출되어 형성되는 날개를 포함하는 보온재를 개시한다.
