Prefabricated column assembly with foundation reinforcement part
The present invention relates to a prefabricated column assembly with a foundation reinforcement part. Foundation plate reinforcement of a column part can be completed simply by installing a prefabricated column assembly in which a foundation reinforcement part is integrally coupled to the lower part thereof, thereby reducing the thickness of a foundation plate while shortening a construction period. Complex installation work of anchor bolts and anchor plates on site construction can be omitted, thereby facilitating construction. The prefabricated column assembly with a foundation reinforcement part of the present invention comprises: a prefabricated column assembly composed of a plurality of cast steel pieces disposed at positions spaced apart from the outer surface of a column by a predetermined interval at each corner of the column to form a steel composite concrete column, and a plurality of transverse support members connecting the cast steel in the transverse direction; and a foundation reinforcement part coupled to the cast steel of the prefabricated column assembly to be embedded in foundation concrete and protruding by a predetermined length to an outer surface of the prefabricated column assembly.
본 발명은 하부에 기초보강부가 일체로 결합된 선조립 기둥 조립체를 설치하는 것만으로 기둥 부위의 기초판 보강을 완료할 수 있어 기초판의 두께를 줄이면서도 공기 단축이 가능하고, 현장 시공이 복잡한 앵커볼트나 앵커플레이트의 설치 작업을 생략할 수 있어 시공이 용이한 기초보강부 일체형 선조립 기둥 조립체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 기초보강부 일체형 선조립 기둥 조립체는 강합성콘크리트 기둥을 형성하기 위해 기둥의 각 모서리에 기둥의 외면과 일정 간격 내부로 이격된 위치에 배치되는 복수의 주형강재 및 상기 주형강재를 횡방향으로 연결하는 복수의 횡지지부재로 구성되는 선조립 기둥 조립체; 및 기초 콘크리트 내에 매립되도록 상기 선조립 기둥 조립체의 주형강재에 결합되는 것으로, 선조립 기둥 조립체의 외측면으로 일정 길이 돌출되는 기초보강부; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
