SEPARATED END TYPE ANTI DEWING FIRE DOOR
The present invention relates to a fire door. When a connecting part is formed between an indoor plate body and an outdoor plate body, which are formed in an end part of a door frame (70) of the fire door, the present invention separates the indoor plate body and outdoor plate body, inserts an insulator (50) into a gap between the indoor plate body and outdoor plate body, forms an overlapping part by folding at least one plate body of one side among a plate body constituting the connecting part, drills a large hole (61) and a small hole (62) in the overlapping part in advance, and overlaps the large hole and small hole around the same shaft. Therefore, the present invention reinforces the connecting part which is separated by the insulator (50) and receives a head (66) of a blind rivet (65). The present invention is provided to separate the indoor plate body and outdoor plate body of the fire door, thereby maximally suppressing indoor and outdoor heat conduction through the plate body of the fire door. Therefore, the present invention prevents surface cooling which frequently occurs in an outside part of the plate body inside the fire door in the winter season and prevents dew condensation due to the surface cooling.
본 발명은 방화문에 관한 것으로, 방화문의 문틀프레임(70)측 단부에 형성되는 실내측 판체와 실외측 판체간 연결부를 구성함에 있어서, 내, 외측 판체를 상호 분리 이격하고 그 사이에 단열재(50)를 삽입하되, 연결부를 구성하는 판체 중 적어도 일측의 판체를 절첩하여 중첩부를 형성하고, 이 중첩부에 대공(61)과 소공(62)을 사전 천공한 후 동심(同心)으로 중첩함으로써, 단열재(50)에 의하여 이격된 연결부를 보강함과 동시에 블라인드리벳(65)의 헤드(66)가 수용될 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 방화문의 실내측 판체와 실외측 판체를 분리함으로써, 방화문의 판체를 통한 실내외간 열전도를 최대한 억제할 수 있으며, 이로써 동절기 방화문 내부 판체의 외곽부에서 빈발하는 표면 냉각 및 이로 인한 결로 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
