The present invention relates to a space variable temporary building, including: at least two blocks having a plurality of frames installed to be coupled to each other to divide a multidimensional space; a panel installed on at least one of a front surface, a rear surface, a side surface, an upper surface and a floor surface except one opening side surface in the block; at least one hinge means detachably mounted on vertical axial frames coming in contact with each other in a state where one side portions of blocks are adjacent thereto; and a plurality of wheels installed on a lower portion of the block to support movement and self-weight and selectively having a brake function.
본 발명은 공간 가변형 가건물에 관한 것으로, 상호 결합하여 입체공간을 구획하도록 설치된 다수의 프레임을 구비한 적어도 2개의 블록; 블록에서 1개의 개방측면을 배제한 나머지 정면, 후면, 측면, 상면 및 바닥면 중 적어도 1곳에 설치되는 패널; 블록들의 일측부가 잇닿은 상태에서 서로 맞닿은 입상의 축프레임들에 착탈 가능하게 장착된 적어도 1개의 힌지수단;과, 블록의 하부에 블록의 이동과 자중을 지지하도록 설치되고, 선택적으로 브레이크 기능이 포함된 다수의 바퀴;를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
