The fire door made of wood
The present invention relates to a wooden fire door. The wooden fire door comprises: a main frame including a first blowing agent filling groove; a finishing sheet finishing the outer surface of the main frame exposed to the outside and a main panel; multiple horizontal core members vertically dividing a square inner space comprising the main frame into multiple sections; a fireproof plaster board; and multiple vertical core members vertically extended to be lengthwise in the shape of a square bar formed of an LVB plywood and inserted between the inner surface of the main panel and the fireproof plaster board. Therefore, when a fire breaks out, a flame resisting foaming agent is foamed and expanded to seal the gap with a door frame. So, the wooden fire door slows the dispersion of the fire by preventing penetration of toxic gas and flames.
본 발명은 목재 방화문에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 복수 개의 베니어가 접착되어 이루어지면서 휨을 방지하기 위해 중간의 베니어나 양쪽 가장자리 안쪽의 베니어 혹은 그 두 부분 모두가 인접한 베니어와 나무결이 직교하도록 하여 이루어지는 LVB 합판으로 이루어지는 사각의 바의 형상으로 문의 상하 및 좌우 테두리를 형성하며 상면과 저면 그리고 좌우 측면에는 길이 방향으로 길게 함몰되어 난연발포제가 충진되도록 하는 제1 발포제 충진홈을 구비하는 메인프레임과; 사각 판의 형상으로 이루어져 메임프레임의 정면과 배면에 장착되는 한 쌍의 메인판넬과: 고밀도 목질섬유(HDF)로 이루어져 상기 메인판넬과 외부로 노출되는 메인프레임의 외면을 마감하는 마감시트와; LVB 합판으로 이루어지는 사각의 바의 형상으로 수평으로 길게 연장되어 상기 메인프레임으로 이루어지는 사각의 내측 공간을 상하 복수 개의 구역으로 구획하는 복수 개의 수평심재와; 상하의 수평심재와 좌우의 메인프레임으로 이루어지는 공간에 각각 두 장씩 삽입되는 방화 석고보드와; LVB 합판으로 이루어지는 사각의 바의 형상으로 수직으로 길게 연장되어 방화 석고보드와 메인판넬의 내측면 사이에 삽입되는 복수 개의 수직심재로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 목재로 제작된 문의 내부에는 방화 석고보드를 내장하고 표면을 고밀도 목질섬유로 이루어지는 마감시트로 마감하며 상하 및 양측 문틀과 밀착하는 부분에는 난연 발포제 충진부가 형성되어 화재가 발생하면 난연 발포재가 발포 팽창하여 문틀과의 틈새를 막아 밀폐시키도록 하여 유독가스와 화염의 침입을 방지하도록 하여 화재의 확산 속도를 늦추도록 하고 대피가 불가능할 경우 구조대원이 도착할 때까지 대피할 장소를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
