Earthquake-proof apparatus for lightweight steel frame structure
The present invention relates to a lightweight steel frame structure, including: a plurality of carriers coupled to a plurality of hangers anchored on a lower portion of a slab; and a plurality of M bars orthogonally coupled to a lower end of the carrier. More specifically, the present invention includes: a vibration-proof member installed on at least one of both ends of the carrier and elastically supporting a wall surface; and a vibration-proof member coupling means for installing the vibration-proof member on the carrier. Accordingly, provided is an earthquake-proof apparatus for a lightweight steel frame structure, which allows the vibration-proof member installed on the end of the carrier to elastically support the wall surface, reduces damage to properties, caused by bending deflection or damage of the lightweight steel frame steel by slight earthquake motion or weak earthquake motion, by absorbing and dispersing vibration while the vibration-proof member is compressed or expanded in accordance with a waveform of the vibration by an earthquake, allows building materials (tex, a plaster board, a lighting, and a heating and cooling system) installed on the lightweight steel frame structure from a ceiling, and minimizes a problem of damage of lives, generated by colliding with the building material falling to the bottom.
본 발명은 슬래브 하부에 정착되는 다수 개의 행거에 결합되는 다수 개의 캐리어와, 이 캐리어의 하단에 직교되도록 결합되는 다수 개의 엠바를 포함하는 경량철골틀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 상기 캐리어의 양단 중 적어도 어느 하나에 설치되어 벽면을 탄력지지하도록 된 방진부재와; 상기 방진부재를 캐리어에 설치하기 위한 방진부재의 결합수단을 포함한다. 따라서, 캐리어의 끝단에 설치된 방진부재가 벽면을 탄력지지하고 있으며, 지진에 의한 진동발생 시 진동의 파형에 따라 방진부재가 압축되거나 팽창하면서 진동을 흡수분산시킴으로써, 지금까지 미진이나 약진에 의해서 경량철골틀이 휨변형되거나 파손됨으로 인하여 발생하였던 재산상의 피해를 저감시키고, 경량철골틀에 설치되었던 건축자재(텍스, 석고보드, 조명, 냉, 난방설비 등)들이 천정으로부터 탈락하고, 이에 따라, 바닥으로 낙하하는 건축자재와 충돌함으로써 발생하였던 인명피해의 문제를 최소화하는 경량철골틀의 내진장치를 제공한다.
